PFD has been a client of Pitcher Partners for more than 15 years, initially engaging us to perform due diligence services in relation to a significant business acquisition. Most recently, PFD engaged Pitcher Partners to design and deliver an innovative data solution to reduce manual workloads, improve reporting processes and enhance the experience for customers.
In response to a need to condense significant manual reporting from accounts and sales teams and make information accessible to their customers, Pitcher Partners undertook an intensive review of PFD’s current reporting systems and crafted a suite of self-service Business Insights (BI) dashboards.
Designed with PFD’s customers in mind, the Data and Analytics team made it possible for businesses to autonomously manage and track invoicing, view the status of orders and stock information in real time, improve customer experience and help PFD live its company value of simplicity. Adding extra value to customers beyond distribution, the new BI reporting dashboard differentiates PFD in the market, while providing best in class service to their customers.
