Sudha leads Pitcher Partners Data and Analytics capabilities. He is passionate about driving data-driven, customer-focused organisations and creating commercial value from analytics.
At Energy Australia, through influence and leadership, Sudha gained senior stakeholder support to overcome roadblocks and progress the delivery of an enterprise-wide information management platform. Sudha also led the development and execution of the Analytic Roadmap, including the delivery of predictive insights which enabled a shift to proactive customer engagement and retention.
In his 14 years at ANZ, Sudha held several executive leadership positions. He served as Head of Strategic Projects for Australia, where he transformed the way ANZ planned, governed and managed its investment portfolio, and Head of Business Intelligence, where he established and delivered an enterprise-wide data visualisation solution.
Sudha has extensive experience in managing change and leading people with clarity of purpose and empowerment. His prior experience in consultancy gained at Pitcher Partners, along with his wide industry experience, gives him a unique edge to understand and guide clients.
After working with Pitcher Partners previously, Sudha re-joined Pitcher Partners in 2019 and became a Partner in 2023.
