As the Chief Operating Officer of Pitcher Partners Sydney, Adam works with the Firm’s Executive team and the Board on strategic planning and continuous improvement projects. He is responsible for leading the firm’s practice management team which includes finance, marketing, human resources, IT, projects and operational function areas.

With a strong focus on compliance, risk management and digital transformation, Adam has a talent in bringing together technology based solutions which meet commercial realities.

Adam is driven by a passion to provide solutions which deliver a competitive edge; whether it be through cost reduction, data mapping, increased efficiencies or boosting agility. He has an innate ability to understand an organisation’s vision and aligns this with an achievable strategy and measurable outcomes.

Working with clients in an advisory capacity, Adam delivers transformative projects and change management initiatives which provide cohesion across business units and operational areas. Recent assignments include the implementation of client relationship management systems, development of best practice cyber security frameworks, conducting IT reviews and delivering core IT infrastructure projects.

His comprehensive expertise in digital technologies, software development and systems integration combined with experience in process and change management enables Adam to deliver complex projects which are aligned to business objectives.

Adam’s skill in interpreting complex technical jargon and delivering it in a manner that everyone understands is appreciated by the firm and clients alike.

Adam has been a COO and Partner of the Sydney firm since 2015 and has over 20 years’ of operations experience.
