Tanai is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of external and internal audit experience at both Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms in New Zealand and Australia.
During this time, Tanai has worked on a range of clients of varying sizes across the manufacturing, retail, technology, and financial services sectors. These include publicly listed, large private companies with foreign ownership, and start-up entities across their business life cycles.
Tanai has a diverse skill base and enjoys building long-lasting relationships and assisting medium to large sized clients with complex corporate transactions such as share-based payments, financial instruments, and acquisitions.
