Stephen in an M&A and due diligence expert, having built a wealth of experience over his time at Pitcher Partners on both buy side and sell side M&A, and various due diligence engagements, and for clients ranging from private business owners, private equity and multinational corporations. This experience allows him to bring a clear understanding of the requirements of all stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, and importantly allows him to assist clients in achieving a successful outcome.

Prior to joining Pitcher Partners, he honed his skills in a boutique advisory firm involved in M&A, due diligence, capital raisings and IPOs, as well as within industry alongside private equity investors. Starting with Pitcher Partners in 2015 as a Manager, Stephen progressed through the ranks to be appointed Partner within the Corporate Finance team in 2022.
