
Rupert is a corporate finance specialist with nearly eleven years of industry experience, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis. Since joining Pitcher Partners in November 2022, he has demonstrated exceptional commercial acumen and strategic thinking, progressing to Client Director in February 2024.
Driven by a genuine passion for delivering transformative outcomes, Rupert takes a highly considered and honest approach to client relationships, recognising that M&A transactions often result in generational change for business owners and their families. Rupert is known for his ability to navigate complex transactions while providing clear, methodical solutions that extend beyond immediate deal requirements to encompass clients’ long-term objectives and legacy considerations.
Ruperts’ expertise is evident through notable transaction successes, including advising Payton Capital on its divestment to HMC Capital, Homesafe on its divestment to Federation Asset Management, and Polytrade on its divestment to RE Group and Mercury Capital. His comprehensive experience also includes advising Toner Plumbing on its majority sale to Straight Bat Private Equity and The Consolidated Group on its divestment to COG Financial.
