
Rachna is a Client Director in the Private Business and Family Advisory team with over two decades of professional experience. While she started her career in audit and taxation, she has been a specialist accredited Family Business Adviser for more than ten years and thrives on supporting family groups to manage and grow their wealth and business aspirations.
Having grown up around a family business herself, Rachna is attuned to the delicate balance required between family and business operations and takes time to truly understand the unique circumstances presented with each engagement.
She has a breadth of technical skills, and leverages those to support clients with tailored digital solutions that drive the best outcomes. She is passionate about helping families make decisions about their wealth and legacy – supporting families to bring meaning to their wealth and empower the rising generation to step into their future roles.
Rachna has worked with families of varying complexity and at all different stages of their family office journey. A well-rounded advisor, she is able to assist with family office bookkeeping and reporting, setting up family governance structures and appropriate administration, providing guidance to build aligned wealth structures for diverse family units, providing structured giving advice, and supporting with succession planning, including facilitating wealth education for the next generation.
She is also particularly passionate about supporting not for profit organisations, leveraging her diverse experience to help grow and sustain their important work. Some of her professional highlights in that space include helping start up not for profits like Trades Women Australia as a founding board member and working closely with the CEO of Skyline to build a strategy that could sustain their growth into the future. She has also held board roles with several NFPs. Currently she is working with My Room Children’s Cancer Charity to help them grow and evolve their long-term strategy to support a lasting impact.
