Noelle is an Australian Chartered Accountant and US Enrolled Agent with over 11 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and senior executives to manage and advise on their Australian and US tax affairs.
She has worked in both Australia and the US, assisting family groups and internationally mobile employees who are relocating between both jurisdictions. On a day-to-day basis, Noelle works hand in hand with her clients to provide holistic tax services that encompass both the management of their international tax compliance obligations, and the provision of cross-border tax advice that optimises their overall tax position.
Having worked with ASX-listed companies and high growth businesses, Noelle has helped build global mobility and remote working frameworks that enable organisations to move talent between international borders. This includes the implementation of assignment policies, review and execution of cross-border incentive programs and management of annual individual income tax compliance.
Noelle joined Pitcher Partners as a Senior Manager in 2023 and became a Client Director in 2025.
