Mark provides the full range of advisory and assurance services to businesses of all sizes, from publicly listed companies through to private family owned enterprises.
For publicly listed entities, Mark provides audit and assurance services, as well as transaction services including due diligence for acquisitions. For private clients he acts as a general business advisor, working closely with them to prepare management reports and address tax compliance matters.
Mark brings extensive experience to bear on client issues; offering informed advice, disrupting preconceived ideas, and leveraging the expertise of colleagues across the firm. He is engaging and approachable, with a flair for setting people at ease and encouraging them to share their point of view. He adheres to high obligatory technical standards but takes a balanced approach to ensure everyone’s needs are satisfied.
With a gregarious and generous nature, Mark is a natural choice to head up elements of the firm’s community-focused activity. He leads both the health industry and not-for-profit industry teams, and is actively involved in CSR charity and pro bono work.
Mark joined the Pitcher Partners Melbourne in 1992 – just five months after the firm was established. He was admitted to the partnership in 2004 and enjoys the diversity of his role and the collaborative ethos of the firm.
