Levi Holdsworth is a Principal in the Private Business and Family Advisory division, specialising in working with middle market clients with a distinctly personal approach. With over 15 years’ experience, he advises privately owned businesses, high-net-worth individuals and family offices across industries including property, hospitality, investment, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
Bringing a grounded, commercial perspective shaped by his upbringing as the son of a small business owner, Levi connects closely with his clients to understand not just the numbers, but the pressures, decisions and trade-offs behind them. His advice is practical, forward-looking and tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Levi is known for building strong, trusted relationships, taking the time to understand both the commercial drivers of a business and the personal objectives of its owners. This approach enables him to deliver clear strategies around growth, structuring, tax outcomes, and complex transactions, while remaining focused on what matters most to his clients.
Levi also leads the Adelaide firm’s Outsourced Finance Function. As in the rest of his work, his focus is on the people behind the business – taking care of the financial management so owners have the time and reliable information to concentrate on what matters most to them.
Since joining Pitcher Partners in Melbourne in 2017 and relocating to Adelaide in 2020, Levi has worked closely with clients at every stage of their journey – from early-stage growth through to succession and transition. Following his promotions to Client Director in 2024 and then Principal in 2026, he continues to play a key role in supporting clients with proactive advice and a consistent, hands-on approach.
