Partnering with multinational companies to effectively set up in Australia, Jyotika plays a key role in their continued operations by managing on-going finance and compliance needs in accordance with Australian legislation. In addition, working closely with many SMEs (small-medium enterprises), Jyotika shapes and prepares corporations for growth through effective structuring, process development and business advisory.
With a focus on client relationships, Jyotika enjoys learning about her clients and their businesses, allowing her to ensure they receive tailored services and advice.
Jyotika is also committed to professionally developing teams through mentoring and coaching, particularly young women starting out in their careers.
Working her way up from a graduate to a Partner at Pitcher Partners Sydney, Jyotika leads a great team and looks after some of the firm’s key clients. Jyotika brings her clients over 16 years of business advisory knowledge and expertise.
