Elizabeth provides strategic tax advisory and compliance services to a broad range of clients, including those in the information, communications and entertainment sectors, as well as manufacturing, industrial, mining and funds management industries. She is known for her ability to navigate complex tax issues and deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes.
Elizabeth’s experience spans both Australian and international tax. She advises on a wide range of matters, including restructures, tax due diligence, tax consolidation, loss utilisation and thin capitalisation, and is also experienced in tax provision reviews as part of audit engagements. She has supported clients in the review of Product Disclosure Statements and Information Memorandums, bringing a strong technical lens combined with real-world commercial insight.
She has extensive experience in tax due diligence, supporting both pre- and post-acquisition structuring for SMEs and large corporates. Her technical depth, commercial perspective and transparent, proactive approach have enabled her to build strong, trusted client relationships.
Since joining Pitcher Partners Sydney in 2015, Elizabeth has played a key role in developing the firm’s international tax capability. This includes advising clients on the evolving global tax landscape, most recently supporting Pillar Two compliance. She has also been instrumental in developing tools, frameworks and approaches that enhance the way the firm delivers for clients.
Elizabeth balances her career with raising three children, consistently leading with impact and a clear focus on delivering value for clients.
