Angela has a deep understanding of the personal tax regime in overseas jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, USA, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. She works with employers with globally mobile populations to ensure best practice, tax efficiency and compliance with the various regulatory bodies globally, including tax, social security and retirement planning for the employees.
Angela also has a focus on subsidiaries of multinationals setting up in Australia and abroad and advises on how to best align tax strategies to their business and comply with international and Australian reporting requirements.
Angela has a wealth of expertise in dealing with the ATO and the SRO, including managing disputes, and successfully obtaining favourable private rulings on a number of precedential matters.
