Team Assistant

Your new role

Our Private Business and Family Advisory practice create value and improve the way our clients work by providing specialist advice on asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and generational change management.

The team assistant will provide administration support to a group of professional service providers and collaborate with other Personal Assistants within the team.

This role is offered on full time basis, commencing as soon as possible.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting with the preparation of client documentation and accurate filing;
  • Management of mail and courier bookings;
  • Monthly billing; managing monthly invoicing and system lodgement updates;
  • Supporting the onboarding and induction of employees;
  • Facilitating group meetings and social events; and
  • Assisting the client directors by managing calendars and monitoring emails.

What you bring

You have business administration qualifications or have experience working in a professional service firm.

A naturally organised professional, you are adept at building strong relationships in a fluid and fast paced environment. Managing and prioritising multiple tasks is second nature, and you execute these with ease and a smile!

You will have strong technical expertise of Microsoft Suite: Teams, Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate) and Outlook, including calendar (Advanced).

You are outcome focussed and take pride in delivering superior administrative support to a varied team of professionals.  As such, a strong sense of teamwork and exceptional communication skills are a must.
