We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor or Senior Accountant to join the tax advisory team.

The Role:
You will play an important role in the provision of transfer pricing services to our clients, which are mostly mid-market in size whilst expanding and requiring bespoke transfer pricing analysis and solutions. The successful candidate will be working independently to perform a broad range of advisory and compliance work across the transfer pricing spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the growing transfer pricing practice deliver bespoke transfer pricing projects and support clients across the firm understand and meet their Australian compliance obligations. The role of the Transfer Pricing senior will be to produce quality work presented in a professional manner for clients and colleagues and complete assigned tasks within their specific time frame by:
Assisting with project set-ups, responding to client information/business requests and implementation of transfer pricing policies where applicable.

  • Providing support in key projects by performing industry research, factual reviews including client interviews, financial analysis, contract reviews, preparation of reports, memos, and presentations.

  • Preparing transfer pricing technical analysis for various cross-border arrangements/transactions.

  • Meeting with clients to conduct functional analysis interviews and discuss other transfer pricing matters.

  • Preparing financial and economic analysis to benchmark intercompany transactions.

  • Assisting clients with Australian transfer pricing documentation and reporting obligations.

  • Communicate issues as they arise.

  • Develop and maintain relationships within the firm and external stakeholders.

  • Delegate and train more junior staff.

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a transfer pricing role with strong knowledge of the OECD Guidelines and / or Australian transfer pricing environment.

  • Excellent research and writing skills and analytical mindset.

  • MS Office skills especially for use of Excel, Word, or Outlook. Excellent time management skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships within the firm and external stakeholders.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as required.

The salary range for this role will be $85,000-$110,000 inclusive of superannuation.
