What’s on offer?

• A paid cadetship role within our firm, giving you hands-on experience and exposure to real clients and meaningful work.
• Financial support to complete the CA ANZ Fundamentals and Foundations Programs, with the study costs completely covered by the firm.
• Ongoing mentoring and coaching, so you can build confidence, capability, and a career that reflects your ambitions. This includes one-on-one mentoring, career development conversations and coaching tailored to your goals and challenges.

Who we’re looking for

You’re curious, motivated, and ready to embrace possibility.To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have completed Year 12 mathematics.
• Have graduated high school within the last three years.
• Be eligible to enrol into the CAANZ Fundamentals Program and be ready to commit to both study and gaining practical experience.

Beyond eligibility, we’re looking for people who:

• Have a genuine interest in accounting and businessyou want to understand how numbers tell a story.
• Show initiative and a willingness to learnyou’re not afraid to ask questions and take ownership of your growth.
