Office Services Coordinator

About the role

At Pitcher Partners Brisbane, we believe success starts with creating an environment where our people and clients feel welcomed, supported and valued. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering a professional and seamless workplace experience.

As an integral member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless workplace experience for our people and clients. Combining meeting and event coordination, workplace hospitality and office services, this role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to a professional, welcoming and high-performing office environment.

As our Office Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring meeting rooms, client spaces and shared facilities are maintained to a professional standard
  • Coordinating meeting room set-ups, catering and hospitality services for client and internal meetings
  • Maintaining office kitchens, coffee machines and shared amenities
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, refreshments and workplace consumables
  • Supporting workplace events, training sessions and operational initiatives
  • Working closely with Reception and the broader Operations team to deliver an exceptional workplace experience

Who we’re after

Here are the key qualifications, skills, and personal attributes we’re looking for. If you tick some of the boxes, but not all, we’d still encourage you to apply. Other capabilities you have may make you the perfect fit for the role, and we can work on filling the gaps together.

You’ll be a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working as part of a busy team and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
  • A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
  • Professional in their presentation and approach
  • Adaptable and willing to assist across a range of operational activities

You’ll ideally bring experience in office support, workplace services, facilities coordination, hospitality or customer service. Experience within a professional services or corporate environment will be highly regarded but isn’t essential
