We’re looking for a Business Services Manager who wants real ownership of clients, people, and outcomes not just another title change.
This is a key leadership role within our Private Business & Family Advisory (PBFA) team, working closely with Partners and senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial advice to a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, family groups and entrepreneurs.

The opportunity
As a PBFA Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of quality SME and midmarket clients
- Act as a trusted adviser to business owners across accounting, tax and structuring matters
- Review complex financial statements and income tax returns across multiple entity types
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Accountants and Seniors
- Work directly with Partners on advisory matters, workflow planning and client strategy
- Contribute to process improvement, systems enhancement and service delivery initiatives
This is a true Manager role combining technical oversight, people leadership and client engagement.
What you’ll bring
We’re keen to speak with professionals who have:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Solid experience in public practice accounting (Business Services / Tax)
- Current experience at Manager level, or a highperforming Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Strong technical capability across compliance, with confidence in advisory conversations
- A collaborative leadership style and a genuine interest in developing others
- Clear communication skills and a commercial, clientfocused mindset
