About the role

You will work closely within a team of Accountants based in our Adelaide office and gain exposure interacting with staff across all divisions in a professional and social context. During your first year, you will be allocated a Mentoring Principal, Manager and Buddy, ensuring you feel fully supported and embedded in our firm culture from day one.
You will work alongside Principals and team members who are experts in their fields. Being part of one of our highly skilled Adelaide teams means you will be continuously challenged and supported to grow.
You’ll also have the chance to broaden your skills through structured training and development, our national graduate conference, and support towards your Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Accounting Graduates with a keen interest in businesses Services:
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Preparation of activity statements and other ATO lodgements
- Processing, reconciliations and preparation of comprehensive working papers
- Assisting with Tax Office correspondence under guidance
- Supporting Senior Analysts and Managers on client engagements
- Responding to client queries promptly and professionally as you build relationships
- Developing your technical knowledge of accounting standards and taxation legislation
About you
- Are a soon-to-be or recent graduate (graduation date between 2026 and 2027) with an accounting major
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; an Australian Permanent Resident; or an international student who will independently apply for a relevant visa with full working rights
- Bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
- Have a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
- Have an interest in Private Business & Family Advisory, Tax or Audit
- Have a desire to complete your CA or CPA qualification

- A working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
