The role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our PracticeManagement Group (PMG). Working closely with business leaders and service line teams, you will transform data into meaningful insights, develop reporting solutions and support data-driven decision-making across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

The following is an outline of the major tasks / accountabilities. This position is not limited to these majortasks / responsibilities and may involve other duties as required.

Data analysis & insights

• Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership and business initiatives.

Reporting & dashboard development

• Design, maintain and automate dashboards and reporting solutions that improve efficiency and support decision making.
• Monitorand report on key business performance indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs.

Data governance& quality

• Promote high standards of data integrity and governance.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in developing data definitions, standards, and documentation.
• Support compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Technology & innovation

• Leverage data analytics tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting capability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support implementation of new business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to the firm’s digital transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics,Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts and data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to data integrity.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
