About the role
As a Undergraduate Accountant, you’ll work closely within a collaborative team while gaining exposure across the firm in both professional and social settings. From your first day, you’ll be supported by a Mentoring Partner, Manager and Buddy, ensuring you feel confident, connected and embedded in our culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside Partners, Directors and Managers who are experts in their fields, giving you handson experience and real insight into what it takes to succeed in professional services. Being part of a highly skilled team means you’ll be challenged, supported and encouraged to grow every step of the way.
We’ll also help you build strong technical and professional foundations through:
- Our Early Careers Program
- Full support toward completing your CA qualification
- Ongoing training, development and relevant postgraduate study opportunities
Who we’re after
We are looking for accounting students who are keen to learn, enjoy working in teams and want to grow into trusted advisors for our clients. You will
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or an international student and will independently apply for a relevant Visa(s) with full working rights for the duration of the program
- Bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
- Have a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you’re looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
- Have a desire to complete your CA qualification
