Our Ignite Graduate Program explores the many career possibilities within our full-service accounting and advisory firm. Our program aims to provide you with meaningful experiences, helping you diversify your skillset and develop critical thinking. You’ll build a variety of relationships across the firm and become highly connected in a short period.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re curious, motivated, and ready to embrace possibility. To be eligible, you will:
- Have completed, or are in the final year of completing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Business, Commerce, Data Analytics) majoring in Accounting.
- For candidates with accounting majors, your degree will need to be accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ)
- Graduated within the last two years, or due to complete studies by the end of 2026
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
- Be available to commence a full-time position in early February 2027
- Have a desire to complete your Chartered Accountants (CA) qualification for those completing a degree in Accounting, Commerce & Business.

- Financial support to undertake your CA, including full payment of subject fees and paid study leave.

- Participation in The National Graduate Training Program which is held offsite for a week of training, social and networking events
- Induction week at the firm where you get to meet the rest of the staff
- Ongoing technical training including learning the systems and software used across the firm
- Tax Institute of Australia Foundation Course accreditation
