Purpose in action
Across 2025-26, the firm delivered $1.348 million in community support, exceeding its target of $1.216 million. This included $827,000 in pro bono and low bono professional services, $237,000 in donations, $221,000 in volunteer time and $63,000 in educational support.
Our experts lent their time and expertise to more than 70 not-for-profit organisations, providing low/pro-bono professional support to help these organisations continue to do great work. Our teams also gave their time in the community, including preparing food with Meals with Impact and supporting It’s the Little Things Community, while more than 120 people took part in the Stryde4 Corporate Challenge and raised over $25,000 for six charities.
Overall, more than 100 staff contributed over 360 volunteer hours. Together with fundraising, direct contributions and essential supplies, these efforts helped community organisations direct more of their resources to the people and programs that need them.
Backing the next generation
Education remained an important part of our community commitment. The Pitcher Partners Charitable Fund supported three news students through its scholarship program, supporting aspiring professionals facing circumstances that affect their studies. The year also marked the launch of the David Thomson Scholarship with RMIT, created in memory of a valued former partner and founding staff member whose commitment to developing others continues to shape the firm.
Building impact together
Since 2019, Pitcher Partners Melbourne has provided almost $8 million in donations, professional support, scholarships and volunteering time. That impact reflects the generosity and expertise of our people, as well as the strength of our relationships with the not-for-profit organisations doing vital work in the community.
