Why join the ignite graduate program?

Our Ignite Graduate Program offers you the chance to complete three experiences across seven of our practice groups within a two-year period. Each experience is for eight months. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of $70,000. Following the two-year program, you will settle into one of the practice groups you rotated through throughout your graduate program. The practice group you settle in is determined by your preferences, overall performance and the business needs.

This is the perfect opportunity to have exposure across various groups. You can find out more about our practice groups here. Throughout the Graduate Program you will have study support and financial support for your CA/CPA as well as the Chartered Tax Advisor Foundations (CTA1) and invitation to attend the National Graduate Conference.

Law stream

Our 2026 Ignite Graduate Program – Law Stream offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both our Insolvency and Tax Advisory teams. Over the course of two years, you’ll complete three rotations of eight months each, developing a strong foundation in both practice areas.

As part of the Ignite Graduate program, you’ll receive full support to complete your Practical Legal Training (PLT), while participating in all professional development and training activities including Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA1) Foundations course and the National Graduate Conference.

This is an ideal pathway for graduates looking to blend legal expertise with commercial insight
