Ignite graduate program overview

Our Ignite Graduate Program provides graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across three different rotations within seven of our practice groups. The program runs over a two-year period, with each rotation lasting eight months. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the security and stability to build a strong foundation for your professional career.

Upon completion of the two-year program, you will transition into one of the practice groups you experienced during your rotations. The selection of your final practice group is based on your preferences, your performance throughout the program, and the needs of the business.

Throughout the Graduate Program you will have study support and financial support for your CA/CPA as well as the Chartered Tax Advisor Foundations (CTA1) and invitation to attend the National Graduate Conference.

Program streams

The Ignite Program is structured into three streams: General, Law, and Tech. The General stream comprises the majority of available positions and is specifically designed to provide a broad range of experience across our practice groups. During recruitment for the General stream, emphasis is placed on students who are studying accounting.

What Does the Ignite Graduate Program Look like?

We believe that by offering a rotational program, you will have the opportunity to diversify your skillset early in your career. This approach enables you to develop into a well-rounded advisor, building valuable connections across our firm. These varied experiences not only enhance your technical expertise but also foster a broader understanding of our business and client needs.

It is this combination of a diverse skillset and wide-ranging professional connections that equips our Analysts to become strong contributors to outstanding client outcomes. Over the two years with us, the range of experiences you gain will prepare you to excel in any of our practice groups. As a result, your skills will become both broad and highly transferable, supporting your success wherever your career takes you within the firm.
