His deep understanding of the industry has allowed for him to assist with a range of complex issues including succession planning, asset protection, buy and sell negotiations and changeover procedures.
Wayne takes pride in sharing his knowledge with those in the industry, as he undertakes ongoing dealer group network consulting and training. This has provided a platform for him to prepare dealers for the multiple challenges that they will face while working within the motor industry.
