A Client Director in the Consulting Division of Pitcher Partners Melbourne, Nigel has over 25 years’ experience working with clients to deliver optimum business outcomes and customer experiences through business process improvement, system procurements, system implementations and integrating digital technologies.
He specialises in project governance and project management, successfully leading large system implementation projects and including most recently a large payroll remediation project for an NFP.
His industry experience is broad and over time he has focused on advising clients in the State regulators space as well as not-for-profits and businesses in the Health, hospitality, utilities and construction spaces.
While he is a business systems specialist, Nigel also has deep domain experience in assessing, procuring and implementing HRIS, Workforce Management and Payroll on premise and cloud solutions.
Passionate about building lasting relationships, Nigel’s strong stakeholder and vendor management skills assist him in working with all levels of businesses to understand their needs, challenges and the impact on customers; allowing him to deliver solutions that add tangible benefits to clients.
Joining Pitcher Partners Consulting practice as a Principal Consultant in 2015, Nigel progressed to be named Client Director in 2020.
