Recognising that employee share schemes add a competitive edge for businesses and play a key role in business succession planning, Michael specialises in designing equity schemes for private business that have long term commercial and taxation benefits to both employers and employees.

With a pragmatic approach, Michael partners with businesses to ensure their strategic goals are clear and supports them in making tangible progress towards these goals.

Michael’s comprehensive industry knowledge and experience of client structures allows him to bring both commercial insights and technical expertise to serve his clients. Further his broad tax awareness ensures businesses and family groups remain strategic and contemporary in their tax strategies.

Michael has been with the Sydney firm since 2001 and joined the partnership in 2008.
