Madhavi has notable expertise in providing audit and assurance services for businesses at all stages ranging from small not for profit organisations to large businesses and multinational companies.
With 12 years of experience working at a Big 4 firm before her decade-long career with Pitcher Partners Adelaide, Madhavi has hands-on experience spanning a diverse client base from agriculture, to automotive, the arts and manufacturing among many others.
She is particularly skilled in conducting compliance and operational audits, and crafting solutions for weaknesses in internal controls to strengthen a business’s operations. Her high critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills make her especially adept at preparing and executing external audit plans.
Madhavi is experienced in developing a proactive audit approach. Working with flexibility she is able to keep pace with the changing needs of the business while maintaining a focus on quality, credibility, influence and reputation.
She provides hands on service to her clients by walking through day-to day challenges and sharing the impacts of upcoming regulatory changes, providing insights into trends that could impact the client organisations. Madhavi looks to add value wherever possible, whether for a large company or a not-for-profit entity. Starting as an Audit Manager with Pitcher Partners Adelaide in 2010, Madhavi then progressed to Senior Manager and was appointed Director, Audit and Assurance Services in 2021.
