An income tax generalist with over a decade of experience, Leo specialises in CGT, Trusts, Corporate Tax and Division 7A. He also sits on various committees including those with CA ANZ and the Tax Institute of Australia.

Truly passionate about all things tax, he is constantly developing his deep expertise and keeping informed as to all the latest developments in income tax. Leo uses this knowledge across many facets of his work including providing tax advice to clients, developing training and other products for staff and clients alike and consulting with ATO, Treasury and professional bodies on the latest developments in tax. Dedicated to supporting his clients and championing best practice, Leo regularly writes submissions to Government to advocate for clients and a better and fairer tax system for all.

Leo started his career as a graduate with the Australian Taxation Office in various auditing and technical roles, but always with a focus on private groups. After a short stint with a Big Four accounting firm, he found his perfect role at Pitcher Partners Melbourne in the Tax Advisory group, joining the National Tax team as a Manager in 2018.

His expertise and passion are appreciated by clients and colleagues alike, and he progressed through the firm to become a Client Director in 2023.
