As the inaugural CEO of Pitcher Partners Adelaide, Gail assumed her position in 2021, tasked with spearheading firm growth, transformation and fostering capabilities. Her appointment to this newly created leadership role underscores her strategic vision and commitment to driving organisational success.

With over two decades of experience across multiple sectors, Gail prioritises client experience and team cohesion in her leadership approach. She’s particularly excited about exploring and seizing emerging opportunities within the Adelaide market, aiming to enhance organisational capabilities and deliver outstanding experiences for both employees and clients.
Before joining Pitcher Partners, Gail spent over seven years with global tech innovator Konica Minolta, where she held management roles including General Manager for Global Business Services, Alliance Partners and Bids. Notably, she chaired the gender diversity and inclusion sub-committee, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Looking ahead, Gail is passionate about enabling the Adelaide team to “lead their way” and deliver ongoing value to our clients.
