As a woman working in a mostly male dominated industry, Diana is passionate about bringing an alternate voice to shape the motor industry. She brings with her a breadth of experience from both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry. This understanding of the key business drivers within automotive means that she can help her clients thrive and become future fit.
Borrowing a quote from one of her dealer clients, “People don’t remember what you say or do, but will always remember how you make them feel,” and uses this as a guiding mantra when it comes to building relationships and maintaining a referral client base.
