Leading the M&A team at Pitcher Partners Sydney, Andy provides deal advice to family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and corporate entities. His extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side engagements has resulted in him completing over 50 transactions ranging from $5m to $100m.
Andy has a hands-on and collaborative approach to dealing with transactions and is able to seamlessly navigate frequent and unique challenges involved in selling and buying businesses.
Andy takes pride in achieving the best result for his clients. He works vigorously to ensure that transaction outcomes are maximised and that the results reflect the hard work and dedication that it took many of his clients, particularly family-owned businesses, to achieve.
Having worked in Sydney for 15 years Andy is extremely well connected in the mid-market and maintains strong relationships with M&A advisors, lawyers and private equity in the industry. As a result, he is able to leverage his relationships to give his clients a competitive advantage such as having access to “non-obvious” buyers in the sales process to accessing private equity investment for a capital raising.
Prior to joining as a Partner at Pitcher Partners Sydney in 2021, Andy had exclusively worked in Big 4 firms in the UK and Australia for over 20 years.
