We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our closeknit Private Wealth team and provide trusted support to a Partner.

About the role

This is a key, trusted support role ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys financial services administration, takes pride in doing things properly, and thrives in a fastpaced, clientfacing environment.

You will work closely with a Private Wealth Partner, playing an important role in turning advice into action. The role involves regular client contact, managing a varied workflow, and coordinating both onshore and offshore support resources to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

This position suits someone who enjoys ownership, organisation, and being relied upon as part of a highperforming team.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with a Private Wealth Partner and collaborating with other administration staff within the Private Wealth team

  • Onboarding new clients and setting them up across internal and external systems

  • Preparing and processing financial product applications (including bank accounts, superannuation, pensions and SMSFs)

  • Executing trades and applying for managed funds on behalf of clients

  • Implementing adviser and client instructions (e.g. rollovers, contributions, withdrawals, processing payments, raising invoices)

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, managing email enquiries and building longterm relationships

  • Coordinating and providing direction to a team assistant and offshore support team

  • General administrative duties including document management, scanning, data entry, and inbox/mail management

About you

This role will suit someone who:

  • Enjoys financial services administration and working in a professional, fastmoving environment

  • Takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

  • Is reliable, punctual, and accountable for the quality of work delivered

  • Communicates confidently and professionally with clients

  • Is comfortable directing and working with support resources to get work done well

  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative, hightrust team

  • Is organised, proactive, and willing to learn

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of SMSFs and trusts will be highly regarded.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
