Client Service Officer – 18 month contract

excellence. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Service
Officer to join our dedicated and talented team. Our advisors specialise
in providing high quality advice and superior client service to high net wealth
individuals, not-for-profit’s and family groups.
About the role
To be successful in this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for
maintaining our high client service standards and upholding our reputation as a
client first business. You will work with one of our principal advisors,
providing diligent administrative support and build relationships with
stakeholders to achieve excellent client outcomes. As part of a trusted team,
you will have daily interaction with our existing and new clients. The role will initially be an 18month contract with the potential for it to become a permanant role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with the Executive
Assistant, Client Service Manager and other administrative staff - Onboarding new clients and setting them up across
internal and external systems - Applying for financial products and executing
trades on behalf of clients - Implementing adviser / client ad-hoc instructions
(i.e., rollovers, contributions, withdrawals, etc.) - Processing payments
- Quality control of both client documents and client
data - Assisting the team with email inbox management and
physical mail - Managing email enquiries from clients and external
parties - General administrative duties such as binding,
photocopying, scanning, collating documents, saving documents to internal
document management system, data entry,
Skills and
Experience

within the financial services industry would be ideal - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and
