Paul provides taxation advisory and compliance services to large privately owned groups, listed companies and multinational businesses.
He advises on a broad range of tax matters and specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), tax structuring, tax consolidations and employee share schemes. He is able to leverage off his vast experience and knowledge in these areas to provide tailored solutions to clients and assist them in achieving their desired commercial outcomes.
Since joining Pitcher Partners, Paul has acted as lead tax advisor on various IPOs and private M&A transactions. His experience extends across a wide range of industries including property and construction, technology and retail.
Paul has been a Partner for the Tax Advisory Group since 2021. Prior to joining Pitcher Partners in 2018 he had more than nine years of experience working in Big-4.
