Paul provides taxation advisory and compliance services to large privately owned groups, listed companies and multinational businesses.
He advises on a broad range of tax matters and specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business readiness for sale, tax structuring and tax consolidations. He is able to leverage off his vast experience and knowledge in these areas to provide tailored solutions to clients and assist them in achieving their desired commercial outcomes.
Since joining Pitcher Partners, Paul has acted as lead tax advisor on public and private M&A transactions. He has helped a number of multinational businesses establish themselves in Australia through appropriate tax structuring as well as their ongoing compliance and advisory needs.
Paul has been a Partner for the Tax Advisory Group since 2021. Prior to joining Pitcher Partners in 2018, he had more than nine years of experience working in Big 4.
