Juliana provides tax advisory and compliance services to listed investment companies, large privately owned companies and managed funds. Her experience extends across a range of industries including financial services, technology, property and engineering.
Recognising the importance of having a supportive network throughout a career journey, Juliana has been a mentor and source of inspiration for numerous junior staff members, providing guidance and nurturing their growth within the accounting field.
Juliana enjoys developing a strong relationship with clients and working closely with them to provide tailored and commercial solutions on any tax matters, no matter how big or small. Her experience with assisting with clients in Australian Taxation Office reviews and audits has also helped her identify and minimise tax risk as and when they arise.
With over 15 years of experience, Juliana advises on a broad range of tax matters and specialises in the taxation of managed funds, tax structuring and consolidation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Juliana started at the firm as a Cadet in 2011 and has been able to build her career by combining her interests in commerce and law within the Tax Advisory team.
