Joining Pitcher Partners as a graduate, Joshua has built an impressive 14-year career in professional services, specialising in in internal audit, risk management, business process improvement and large-scale compliance programs for public, private, and not-for-profit organisations.
Steady professional growth has provided him with many learning and leadership opportunities, both internally and from a client facing perspective. Having advised a diverse range of clients spanning a variety of industries from water, environment and essential services regulation, to the arts, racing, education, local and state government, automotive, property and healthcare, just to name a few.
Joshua’s experience enables him to provide practical and well-informed advice to clients, to improve the effectiveness of their risk management, control, and governance processes across all areas of their business.

Joshua is a true advocate for growing and supporting his industry, having invested considerable time establishing a strong relationship with the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia. This has included championing various learning and professional development opportunities they provide to upskill his team and improve the firm service offering.
Joining the Melbourne firm in 2008 as a graduate, Joshua rose through the ranks to be appointed a Client Director in the Risk Services team in 2022.
