
A Director in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency Services Division of Pitcher Partners in Perth, Amy has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Canada and Australia. Prior to specialising in restructuring and insolvency services, she gained diverse experience in retail, commercial and private banking.
Since commencing employment at Pitcher Partners in 2014, Amy has gained extensive experience managing a variety of corporate insolvency (and solvency) appointments and advisory engagements for small to large entities, including ASX listed entities.
Amy’s career pathway has equipped her with significant knowledge spanning diverse industries, including construction, mining, property, hospitality and retail. Her experience has seen her develop a vast understanding of various regulatory and legal frameworks including employee entitlements, family law, franchises, trusts and indigenous corporations to name a few.
Amy’s experience has been predominantly dealing with corporate entities, however she has now expanded to individuals and personal insolvency appointments and advisory services.
Amy regularly conducts presentations at the Pitcher Partner Critical Point Network and other referral network events on key issues associated with and/or impacting businesses and individuals in financial difficulty and distress.
Amy is very passionate about her work and is always willing to meet with directors, shareholders, financiers, creditors, and individuals to discuss any business or personal financial concerns to assist in recommending the best possible solution(s) given the situation.
Joining Pitcher Partners in 2014 as an Assistant Manager, Amy progressed through the firm and was appointed to Director in 2020.
