About the role
As a Senior Manager in our PBFA division, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients – from family businesses to private companies and high-net-worth individuals – while leading and developing a talented team. You’ll focus on advisory and client relationships, coaching and developing your team, and driving strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and commercial insight
- Leading and empowering team members through effective delegation and clear communication
- Managing daily team operations, workflow, resource allocation, deadlines, budgets, and billing
- Providing sophisticated, accurate advice on accounting, tax, and business advisory matters
- Overseeing completion and review of client work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Driving improvement opportunities for clients and the firm, supporting strategic priorities
- Coaching, technical training, and career development for team members
- Participating in recruitment, onboarding, and resourcing decisions
About you
You’re a motivated professional with:
- At least 9 years’ practical experience in public accounting plus CA qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, overseeing administration functions, budgets, resource deployment, and quality output
- Ability to perform highly complex projects/assignments for partners and conduct detailed reviews with minimal oversight
- A commercial approach to client service and strong business acumen
- Maturity and professionalism, aligned with the firm’s values, policies, and image
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
