Client Liaison Officer
About the role
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to work closely with Senior Partners in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison to support our Audit and Corporate Finance Partners. This role is pivotal in managing key administrative functions, client communications, and supporting high-level business operations.
About the Role:
As a Client Liaison, you will be responsible for:
- Managing partner diaries, email correspondence, and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Coordinating marketing events and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Managing billing processes and month-end reporting.
- Providing client engagement support, including booking staff travel and handling conflict checks.
- Assisting with system updates, including CRM management and maintaining engagement registers.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.
- A keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
- Experience in providing administrative support to senior management or similar roles.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar client liaison/administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with billing systems (MYOB or similar) and experience handling client correspondence.
