Who is the Melbourne Graduate Program applicable for?
The Melbourne Graduate Program is for students in their final year of study or who have completed their university studies within the last two years, who are ready to commence their professional career.
To be eligible, applicants must be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residence.

Full-time role in a permanent position
A dedicated buddy to guide you through the program
A two-day on-site induction program, where you learn about the firm culture and processes, and meet your new colleagues and other graduates
The National Graduate Induction Program – an immersive learning experienced designed to introduce you to the values of the network and help you build authentic relationships with Pitcher Partners grads across the country
Technical training, to familiarise you with the processes and software you will use in your work
Personal and professional development workshops covering communication and presentation skills, personal branding, resilience, leadership, planning and prioritising, and career development
Both internal and external professional networking opportunities designed to broaden your contact base and develop your interpersonal skills

When is our Melbourne Graduate Program?
The Melbourne Graduate Program commences in March 2021. Graduates work full time in a permanent position.
When do applications for the Melbourne Graduate Program open?
Applications for our 2021 Melbourne Graduate Program are open from 24 February 2020 and have now closed.
The recruitment process will consist of:
Stage 1: Online application submission
The online application covers your work experience, leadership and team experience, extra-curricular activities, academic results, eligibility to work and more.
Stage 2: Online assessment
This is a timed interactive online assessment designed to determine your fit with Pitcher Partners, while providing a snapshot of the firm. The assessment encompasses a variety of multiple-choice and free-text responses. No audio is required.
Stage 3: Phone interview
Undertake a phone interview with an early-careers representative to discuss your application in further detail.
Stage 4: Assessment Centre
The Assessment Centre provides further insight into life at Pitcher Partners through a short interactive information session, group activity and individual interview. Enjoy an opportunity to network and meet members of the Pitcher Partners family.
Stage 5: Individual interview
During this step, you will undertake a behavioural-based interview with representatives of the practice group you have progressed with.
Stage 6: Offer
Applications take time to process and a representative of the recruitment team will be in touch with you in due course. Regardless of whether you’re successful, you will be provided with feedback regarding your application.
