Vicki is a Partner/Executive Director delivering a broad range of advisory services in both the CBD and South East office of Pitcher Partners Melbourne. She has extensive experience providing outcomes, including facilitation and coaching with teams and individuals.
Vicki first joined the firm as a graduate before pursuing a consulting career and industry employment in 1994. Vicki returned to the firm in 1999 and was admitted to the partnership in 2001.
Vicki is an active member of the International Institute of Entrepreneurship Alumni and was one of the first participants to graduate with a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MEI), completing a research paper on ‘What Horses Teach us about Leadership – at an emotional and spiritual level.’
Vicki has received recognition for this innovative leadership program in the press and has facilitated workshops for university classes, leadership forums and large corporates, including Qantas and Chobani.
Vicki’s personal expertise includes business succession, structuring advice, tax planning, and coordination of other specialist services offered by Pitcher Partners. Vicki is passionate about defining what success is for her clients and enabling them to achieve it.
Vicki takes a personal interest in developing and maintaining a ‘whole of client’ approach leading to enduring, often multigenerational, relationships with the families involved. Vicki also plays a key role in our Women in Leadership program and is Chair of our Inclusion and Diversity Committee.
