Lauren provides commercial advisory to small-to-medium sized businesses, large privately held corporations and their associated private family office entities. Her end-to-end business advisory services ensure a business has the right financial foundation in place for sustainable growth. This includes business structuring, cash flow projection, tax and accounting management.
With an attentive client service approach, Lauren establishes a close working relationship to understand her client’s broader financial concerns and support their needs. She currently acts as an outsourced CFO for a well-known hospitality business.
Lauren’s broad industry knowledge and experience of business and tax structures allows her to bring both commercial insights and technical expertise to serve her clients. This has enabled her to act on significant engagements and identify a range of opportunities for her clients.
Lauren has been with the Sydney firm since 2011 and joined the partnership in 2018.
