June FinTech Compliance Forum

Last week, Pitcher Partners hosted the FinTech Compliance Forum with Holley Nethercote at our Melbourne firm.

Our guest speaker at the event was Mr Brett Challans - Director of Innovation for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), who spoke about the latest issues and risks associated with the Research and Development (R&D) tax provisions, the Early Stage Innovation Company (ESIC) and Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (ESVCLP) tax incentives and the new company loss amendments for startups.
