Prefast Pty Ltd

Presfast Pty Ltd was a company involved in point of sale printing services. At the time Paul Weston was appointed Administrator, the company was in Receivership and the Receivers had ceased the trading operations of the business with a view to liquidating its assets.

From receivership to re-establishment

Following his appointment, Paul set about a refinance and restructure of the business operations enabling the payout of the secured creditor, the retirement of the Receivers, the re-establishment of business operations and a payment to creditors on a compromised basis to enable the company to proceed trading under a Deed of Company Arrangement and subsequently re-establish in the marketplace.
