Pitcher Partners Charitable Fund

By admin - June 13, 2018

Pitcher Partners is committed to supporting and improving the communities in which it operates. Among a broad range of both established and one-off initiatives is the Pitcher Partners Charitable Fund.

A creation of the partnership, the initiative reflects Pitcher Partners’ passion for people, fairness and achieving excellence. The Fund provides financial and professional support to disadvantaged members of the community seeking to undertake potential study in accounting and related fields. Eligibility criteria applies.

Operating under the Australian Communities Foundation, the Fund provides support to those specifically looking to obtain qualifications and experience in accounting, audit and advisory professions to ensure the professional community represents the interests and experience of our diverse society.

The Fund is an avenue through which Pitcher Partners’ senior leaders can repay a profession that has provided rewarding careers and opportunities. Accordingly, each partner from the Melbourne firm has generously personally donated $1,000 to seed the fund, with current donations exceeding $50,000. The Fund is now seeking contributions and bequests from the business community – that is, our people, clients and alumni – to continue to support members of our community and future professional workforce.
