Tom specialises in providing insightful business, taxation, superannuation and financial planning advice to small-to-medium organisations across diverse industries.

Tom possesses hands on experience on the land and maintains a close affiliation with primary production.  He acts as a trusted advisor for dairy, sheep and cattle producers, as well as wool and crop producers. Tom also works closely with a number of vineyards and grape growers in South Australia. Tom shares his rich industry knowledge with clients to provide practical solutions, ensuring business longevity and growth.

It is Tom’s desire to see clients create wealth and maintain it for their future and to extend it for future generations. He works closely with businesses and people to build a trusting, long-term relationship that enables clients to be informed and in control of their financial affairs.

With a breadth of knowledge and experience spanning public practice and working in industry, Tom provides organisations and individuals with proficient business advice. His clients are always left with the peace of mind that their financial position is robust and sustainable for the long term.

Tom joined the firm in 1987 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1995.  He then became the firm’s Managing Principal in 2002; a position he proudly served for 17 years. It was under Tom’s bold leadership that the firm (then known as Fennell Allen and Co) joined the national Pitcher Partners network in 2006. He also navigated the firm towards relocating to its buzzing Hutt St headquarters in 2015.
