Frank is responsible for instigating the Pitcher Partners Outsourced Finance offering. He foresaw a need in clients for a full end-to-end accounting process and developed a solution that continues to be ahead of the game for middle market clients.
Today, Frank oversees an experienced and dedicated outsourced finance team that deliver a range of services to clients. These include consultation on reporting issues, performance measurement, financial analysis, strategic advisory, and general business and taxation advice. Instead of managing, training and developing staff internally, business owners have the comfort of knowing their finances are professionally managed by dedicated experts – freeing them up to grow the business, shape its direction, and satisfy customers and stakeholders.
Frank focusses on three key industry areas: renewables, infrastructure and professional services. His client base includes wind and solar farms, ports, power stations, infrastructure funds with ownership of renewable assets, IT service companies, and logistics and transport companies.
As a hands-on professional Frank is involved with business owners and CFOs on a daily basis, sharing insight that can range from financing and refinancing matters to performance indicators and contracts. It is a sign of his successful professional relationships that clients approach him with all manner of queries; finding his pragmatic, solutions-oriented and easy-going approach invaluable to their business.
Frank joined Pitcher Partners in 2000 after working as an auditor with the Victorian Auditor General’s office. With a desire to be a business owner, a passion for the work he was doing, and satisfaction with the personalised interaction he had with business owners, he joined the Melbourne partnership in 2012.
