Ben works predominantly with privately and family owned businesses, high net worth families and individuals and self-managed super funds.
His work is centred around financial reporting, management reporting and financial management, business improvement, strategic planning, structuring and implementation of business and investment vehicles, estate, tax and trust planning, and business succession planning.
Ben has worked with clients in diverse industries including property development and construction, professional services, professionals in practice, hotels and accommodation and the superannuation industry. His proactive approach ensures accounting and regulatory requirements are satisfied without risk, in a timely and commercial manner.
Ben enjoys the strong professional relationships and outstanding rapport he forms with business owners, based on trust and open and honest conversations. Ben relishes being a business owner himself, and has an innovative mindset that drives him to look for ways to evolve services and improve outcomes for Pitcher Partner clients.
Ben leads the Pitcher Partners Family Office in Melbourne and with Ashley Davidson leads Pitcher Partners professional services team. They have been instrumental in developing the Pitcher Partners Annual Legal Survey. With a large number of professional services clients, the data gathered each year is invaluable to clients in the legal arena who are looking to stay ahead of trends, be prepared to face challenges, and gauge their effectiveness in relation to peers.
Ben joined Pitcher Partners in 2007 and admitted to the partnership in 2017.
