
Leading the M&A team at Pitcher Partners Sydney, Andy provides deal advice to family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and corporate entities. His extensive experience in sell-side and buy-side engagements has resulted in him completing over 75 transactions ranging from $5m to $250m in value.
Andy has a hands-on and collaborative approach to dealing with transactions and is able to seamlessly navigate frequent and unique challenges involved in selling and buying businesses.
Andy takes pride in achieving the best result for his clients. He works vigorously to ensure that transaction outcomes are maximised and that the results reflect the hard work and dedication that it took many of his clients, particularly family-owned businesses, to achieve.
Having worked in Sydney for 20 years Andy is extremely well connected in the mid-market and maintains strong relationships with M&A advisors, lawyers and private equity firms. As a result, he is able to leverage his relationships to give his clients a competitive advantage such as having access to “non-obvious” buyers in the sales process or accessing private equity investment to drive future growth.
Prior to joining as a Partner at Pitcher Partners Sydney in 2021, Andy had exclusively worked in Big 4 firms in the UK and Australia for over 20 years.
