Practice Scholarship Program is designed to open doors for aspiring
accountants who may not have access to traditional pathways into the profession.
This is your chance to take ownership of your future with the support and
flexibility you need to thrive.

What’s on offer?

• A
  paid cadetship role within our firm, giving you hands-on experience
  and exposure to real clients and meaningful work.
• Financial
  support to complete the CA ANZ Fundamentals and Foundations Programs,
  with the study costs completely covered by the firm.
• Ongoing
  mentoring and coaching, so you can build confidence, capability, and a
  career that reflects your ambitions. This includes one-on-one mentoring,
  career development conversations and coaching tailored to your goals and
  challenges.

Who we’re looking for

You’re curious, motivated, and ready to embrace possibility.
To be eligible, you must:

• Be
  at least 18 years old.
• Have
  completed Year 12 mathematics.
• Have
  graduated high school within the last three years.
• Be eligible
  to enrol into the CAANZ Fundamentals Program and be ready to commit to
  both study and gaining practical experience.

Beyond eligibility, we’re looking for people who:

• Have
  a genuine interest in accounting and business—you want to understand
  how numbers tell a story.
• Show
  initiative and a willingness to learn—you’re not afraid to ask
  questions and take ownership of your growth.
